2011 impreza engine swap

I have a 2011 impreza. Engine is in perfect condition other than cylinder 4 rings went.
I got a motor from a 2011 legacy for free so thought I struck gold. I understand now their different variants of the EJ25 what I'm wondering now is what has to be swapped over to make this work. I attached the pictures I have it could help in any way new motor left head is insalvagable
