do you change transmission fluid in automatic 2011 impreza outback sport

mine runs fine, no issues 117k never changed the transmission fluid, I don't tow anything, some places say just to top it off if it's low , do you change yours? if so do you just use suburu ATF or can you use any brand?

Transmission fluid changes are a good idea and using the Subaru fluid is even better.
The oil change only supplements the additives that come with the fluid.
A flush is never the best option, just drop the pan (save and measure the fluid) and top up to the hot mark.
