2005 Forester 2.5 XS Just wont turn over

So I’m on the highway as I accelerate the engine cuts off completely. Obviously I attempt to restart but it just cranks doesn’t turn over.
I tow it home and check a few things…fuel pump seems to engage probably ( I’ll come back to the fuel issue) check spark plugs and spark wires all is is well…I did a scan and received p0340, P0420 came up. So I checked my cam position sensor the voltage read correct on the sensor. I sprayed quick start in the intake with no change, not even a slight turn over. I didn’t check the 02 sensor yet but I find it hard to believe that my car will not turn over at all because of an 02. Maybe run rough but not at all.
Anyway help would be appreciated

Cranks and doesn't turn over.
In other words the starter rotates but the engine doesn't rotate?
Timing belt damage?

Honestly it just dawned on me the timing belt..and I was on the highway…the belt might the least of my problems at least.. thanks
