I have a 2005 Forester just bought it. When I turn the fog lights on it turns my high beams come on. And on the dash the high beam symbol is on kinda dim and when I turn the high beams on the symbol go bright. This can't be normal since you don't want your high beams on in the fog. Please help. TIA
