Just wanted to give you guys a heads up and get your thoughts. Changed the alternator power steering belt. Advance auto sold me a 345K5 belt which is what was called for.I went through the process and the belt would not quite go on, very close but no. I had gone so far as to removee the adjustment screw completely. Alternator dropped down quite a bit until it bottomed out. No way that belt was going on. Advance auto had a 350K5 belt 1/2 in. longer. Worked so good that when I readjusted the new belt the adjustment screw came back to the exact spot that it had been in. I checked with autozone and they also called for the 345K5 belt WTF. Anyones thoughts please?
