I've had my WIlderness for nearly a year. Not long after I got the car, I noticed a rattling noise on bumpy roads. It took a while to figure out the source, but the problem is the passenger headrest rattles. I can wiggle it back and forth, and that is the source of the rattle, which of course is absent if I have a passenger. Anyone else noticing this problem?

Yes. I’ve had my ‘23 Wilderness for more than 2 years and this rattle started about a month ago. It’s definitely the headrest because when I remove it the sound is gone. The parts all seem very loose. I’m going to raise it with the dealer while it’s still under warranty, but I’m not hopeful they’ll have a solution.

Actually (and I should have posted about this before), the dealer discovered that the problem was the unoccupied passenger seat belt rattling against the front door. When the latch gets twisted as the passenger gets out of their seat, it can get turned around and not fully retracted--causing the rattling sound.

Every time a female exits my car I have to fix that. lol I don't know how they do it...but they must be trained young. lol

This is not a gender issue. It happens when men exit, too. The problem is due to inadequate clearance between the seat Snd the door.
