I'm having issues with my 2017 wrx base. It is stage 2+ with custom tune. When I try to go full throttle normally in 3rd gear and higher around 5k rpms it stutters/sputters and won't pull. I'll have to let off full throttle to about 50% to go passed 5k rpms. Could this be a full pump issue?
