Howdy, I had the timing belt replaced on my 1998 Legacy about three weeks ago. Since I got it back the car feels different. It's louder, more high pitched sounding. There are various levels of vibration at idle. Shudders go through it. And the fuel economy seems lousy.
I've read it could be missing a motor mount, due to them mechanics moving the engine around to get the crank pulley off. Or is my timing off by one or two notches. I love this car, I'm bummed it's not right. I have to deal with he mechanic tomorrow.
