Strange "Wallop" vibration at very slow speeds.

Hello,
I'm new here. I have a 2014 Impreza wagon sport limited 2.0, original owner.
This car has 56,000 miles. Dealership supposedly corrected the transmission in June 2022.
There's been a vibration in this car for about two years. I've had the suspension inspected by Subaru multiple times, suspension specialists, multiple mechanics. They all said they find nothing wrong. I thought it was a wheel bearing, replaced all 6 months ago. I replaced front/rear struts, monroe quick struts/rear, monroe struts front with OEM Subaru coil springs & all related front strut parts wheel alignment-2 months ago. Vibration continued. New OEM brakes/rotors, front control arm bushings-another alignment. Vibration continued. All new Yokohama tires-2 weeks ago-vibration continued.
I feel this wallop type thump upon a complete tire revolution. I feel this vibration on steering wheel, under my driver's seat and on the floorboard when driving at lower (5-10 mph).
Now I'm feeling it at higher speeds. It almost feels like a wheel is going to fall off. Loose & not so responsive steering wheel "play". Also, sometimes my tires feel like they sort of skid to a complete stop and the steering wheel wobbled at the same time, left/right/left/right. So weird!
I now feel like it's the EPS or rack and pinion. Another issue is the RPM winds up while acceleration doesn't really pick up speed, as if there's something wrong with AT-Diff- OR Driveline.
I'm afraid to even drive my car around town. I'm so fed up with this issue, taking it to so many different mechanics only to hear "I don't feel/hear anything wrong."
The dealership is in Elk Grove, CA. Last time I called them for a diagnostic appointment the cost was $195.00/hr! Ridiculous! That was about 6 weeks ago; they're probably at $220.00/hr by now. 🙄 I wonder if the dealership is really performing an actual diagnostic or just giving me some BS!
I am aware of the EPS Gear Box extended warranty. The dealership makes you pay the hourly rate if they do not find a warranty repair.
Since I purchased this car in December 2013, it will be considered 10 years old in 5 months and the extended warranties will no longer apply.
I really don't know what to do at this point!
Thanks for any input!

Find a service center or Subaru dealer that can access all of the network controllers (computers) and request a fault recording(s) of any suspects.
Key words used are "I do not feel safe in my car".
Use the recordings as a guide.
Have that service center inspect all the drive shafts, tires, rims and wheel torque for any damage.
A smart Technician will also test and measure the transmission shift points and fluid level of the CVT.
That will also include measuring all 4 ABS wheel speed sensors and steering angle sensor.
The ABS has a direct relationship with Engine, Transmission and Traction Control systems.
Always use the correct specifications for wheel torque and perform it twice after any removal (within 100kms-60 miles).
Subaru uses the SSM (Subaru Select Monitor) protocol and many modern scan tools can inspect the entire network, record faults and view live data with bi-directional control.
"Windup RPM while driving" can refer to a transmission error / slippage.
