Hi everyone,
I have a 2017 Legacy Limited, and I bought the Starlink Safety Plus and Security Plus subscription on 4/1/2021 and should expire on 3/31/2022. I had a flat tire recently and called the Starlink Roadside Assistance for the first time using the blue info button in the cabin, and the starlink customer rep told me my subscription expired in sometime july 2020 and they won't send help unless i give my credit card info? When I go to https://www.mysubaru.com/starlink/subscriptions.html I can see my subscription seems active:
These are the packages you are currently subscribed to.

STARLINK® Safety Plus & Security Plus
Expiration Date: 3/31/2022
Am I doing it wrong, should I be reaching out to starlink differently? is this an outright scam? The starlink app on the phone is also completely useless
