Slight noise on braking

2023 Accent. 27,000 miles. Hear slight noise on deceleration with light to moderate braking. Sounds like its coming from the left front. Very slight sound, almost like the rotor runout is causing a suspension bushing to make noise. I'm not worried at this time, but my daughter thinks its a problem. Dealer had it for two days, wants to replace struts for $1500.00. Only happens during deceleration or braking between 15 & 11 MPH. Any one heard anything like this?
