2016 Subaru Legacy TSB 15-205-16R

I own a 2016 Subaru Legacy and over the last year have had an audio issue with the Starlink Nav unit. I located TSB 15-205-16R and it states this is a know problem and the unit needs to have a firmware update. The files are NU9314_USB_1st.exe and NU9314_USB_2nd.exe. Without taking this into the dealer, does anyone have or know where I can get those files?
Appreciate any feed back on this.
