2014 2.5i DOHC engine USDM was smoking and consuming a large amount of oil 215,000 miles. Decided to replace with a used JDM engine with approx 55,000 miles. The plugs from the JDM engine were very clean and just old from use, also the exhaust manifold didnt have any excess oil in the pipes. PCV was replaced with a new one and the intake manifold was clean with just a light coat of oil. Install went clean and we drove it for 200 miles. The next day after the 2nd start up in the morning.
