My manual transmission finally went out on my 93 Subaru Legacy, and I am having a hard time finding a replacement. The number on it is TY752VA2AA, and the rear diff says 4.111. I was told that any of the legacy transmissions for 1990-1999 will fit, however I am not sure if that is true.
I have found a transmission for a 99 legacy, however the number on it is TY754VAAAA. Would this work, or would I need to find a transmission which has the same TY752VA2AA that mine currently has?
