Searching for replacement parts '09 Impreza 2.5i 4 door hatchback

Just replaced my burned-out front passenger headlight bulb & noticed the cap that covers the back of the headlight bulb assembly is gone. Also, the plastic clip thingies that hold the air intake & the top of the washer fluid tube to the engine frame are broken.

Does anyone know:
1. what the parts are actually called?
and
2. where I can actually buy these pieces?

Damn, that's what I was worried about. These things become brittle as they age. Was hoping I could find them new(er) to avoid the salvage yards. Thank you.
