Power lift gate

Hi all,

My 2020 Subaru Ascent has the power gate. I am having issues when I try to open the gate with the button on the dash. If I push the button I get 3 quick beeps and nothing happens. What do I do?

If the doors are locked it will not let the lift gate open. Make sure the doors are unlocked and then push the lift gate button on the lower d. This should answer your question. Please let me know if it does not.
