No power to 1994 Subaru Legacy 2.2

Car ran fine. After a week of a cold spell went out and nothing. Replaced with NEW tested battery. Main fuse and fuseable link check out good with test light. Tested wires to ignition switch both on and off...all good. I have no headlights no interior/dash no ding done. Dead car.
