Best way. Put them on a thumb drive and insert it into a USB slot. This allows you to shuffle your entire collection.

I got a Doikce portable cd player that works great in my 26' Crosstrek, Don't know if your 24' would be different. Plugs into the USB port. $90 on Amazon

We bought a CD player with a short range transmitter. Just put your radio on the correct station. It worked pretty well.
