Read or access the User Manual
Find the entry for the fuse panel (s)
Search for the lighting or illumination fuse
With the Key On and Engine Off (KOEO) measure / test the fuse with the lights ON and variable rheostat turned to the brightest position.
A voltmeter or test light will be an aid.
If the fuse proves not burned, remove the A/C Instrument Panel and measure the input to the illumination bulbs or LED devices.
