Legacy Transmission Fluid Change

Hello, I have a 2017 Legacy 2.5i. I would like to change the transmission fluid myself. I'm having a hard time finding videos/information on how to do this. The car has more 200,000km on it and I think it's passed the warranty period. Can someone here point me in the right direction? Any help would be great.
