Which fuel should I use for best performance on a 2022 Subaru Legacy touring XT . I am purchasing one with just under 15000 miles ..They say regular unleaded fuel is recommended but will premium fuel better your performance and keep your engine healthier ??

Use what is recommended in the user manual.
The only difference with premium is the octane rating and no Ethanol compared to regular or mid grade.

Just use regular unless you tune it for the higher octanes
