Fuel injector

I have a 2013 2.5. I recentlly changed out all my plugs, to stop a cylinder 3 misfire. They were very old probably never changed. So i also did the coil packs , still no change. Now i swapped out my fuel injectors to see if anuthing would improve. Car started running awful. Put the old injectors back and cant evem barely drive it. I dont see how i can go from ok to horrible. Any ideas what could have happened.

Never reuse an "O" ring on an injector.
A decent scan tool will offer a hint as to what happened and record all of the events.
