The EyeSight shuts off whenever the outside temperature is above 75F. I replaced the EyeSight module module with a used module that I bought and am having the same issue. This issue has been happening for the past couple of years. The EyeSight works fine during the non-summer months and only fails in the summer. I am thinking that there is a temperature issue with whatever module the Eyesight communicates with. Is there a block diagram or schematic of the electrical system available?

i have 2024 subaru forester got the windshield changed and calibrated the camera about three months ago all was well, now all of a sudden the eyesight disables every so often but mind you comes back on in about 4 or 5 minutes, I'm from Saskatchewan Canada and the weather here has been extremely cold -35 or -40 degrees Celsius I'm guessing its the weather, just does it at different intervals but comes back on like i said in 4 or 5 min and stays on until it happens down the road again at different times and intervals .

My guess is that it has something to do with the cold too. Just warm up the car a bit before driving and it shouldn't be a big problem. Plus it's better for you and the car to warm it up a little.
But the bit about it reccurring says it's an intermittent electrical connection. Maybe a loose connector in the eyesight camera. There are videos on accessing that area for installing Autosop Eliminator. Maybe take a peek at those for your model year.
