I have a 2017 Outback that has a delay in starting. They have replaced spark plugs, fuel injectors, battery, checked the started and alternator but cannot figure out the issue. A short block was also replaced. They have experienced it; however, when they hook it up to the computer, it will not replicate. It started out delaying under 3 seconds very inconsistent but now it is 4-5 second delays and happens more frequent. In the shop today and still cannot figure it out. Anything anyone?
