so had oil change done at local Subaru dealership, drove about 100 miles and then noticed burnt oil smell, when I got out this happened. Plug was still there but barely and oil started pouring out.
Vehicle was not restarted until plug was retightened and oil was refilled.

2 questions,
1.) is there significant concern damage was done to engine or other components? (2013 forester 70k miles) oil light never came on and no abnormal performance and sound observed, first sign of issue was smell likely from oil splash onto exhaust or something hot
2.)what is a reasonable response to expect from dealer for failure to tighten plug.
