Hi,
I've had a 2024 crosstrek since August and when I make calls on Bluetooth the people on the receiving end complain about noise. This was never an issue with my 2019 crosstrek is there a way to fix this issue?

Thank you!

Hello,
I just got my 2024 Crosstrek Sport 2 weeks ago and I am loving it. I also have the complaints from who I call and them hearing the loud road noise. I haven't been back to the dealer yet for my tags and questions sessions so I started to poke around.

I have found the issue that has cleared up my issue. I do have the 11.6" screen so I don't know what the steps are for the other radio, but here is what I found.
1 - Click on settings
2 - On the General/Sound/Phone screen click on the Sound tab.
3 - Scroll down till you see the option for "Call Volume".
4 - This setting goes from -6 to +6.
5 - Mine was set to +6.
6 - I changed mine while in a test call and the road noise started to go away. I would up knocking it all the way down to -5 and was told I sounded real good. I tried -6 and was told it was washed out and a little higher and you could still slightly hear it. I have left it that way now for about 3 days and made multiple calls to people that complained about the noise and they said it sounds good now.

Give this a try and see what happens. I would love to hear any feedback.

I will try that. I have had the same problem with mine and assumed it was a bad microphone. Although, I get the most complaints if when I am driving at higher speeds.

Just some more feedback. I have tested it for the past couple of days in all kinds of driving situations and everyone I have talked to said I sound fine and the background noise is now gone.

Hope it works for you.
