Windshield fogging and It really shouldn't be

I just got a 2007 Subaru Forester sport 2.5X and after getting the AC fixed the inside of the windshield fogged up. The AC was on, set to blow fresh air at me. When I noticed the windshield getting foggy I checked it was set up the way I would set it for defrosting in the winter and turned it to blow on the windshield. The fogging got IMMEDIATELY worse to the point I had to pull over turn the air off and open the windows.

Return to the repair center, the evaporator drain hose is likely restricted and the moisture gathered is building around the evaporator core.
