2012 Impreza.
The voice control button on my steering wheel suddenly turned into a volume knob. If I press and hold the voice control button, it turns the volume down to zero on the radio.
It just started doing this after nearly two years of working fine. I do have an after market radio installed but everything has functioned normal up to this point.
Has anyone else experienced this?
FYI I just had all the recalls performed recently on the car and have not used the voice control since that was done - so maybe that has something to do with it.
