Can’t place phone call on Android Auto using voice recognition. Bluetooth OK

Cant place call using voice recognition while google phone is connect to USB. Disconnect phone and use Bluetooth and it works fine.

I had a similar problem it "seems" like I'm okay now. Go into your Andoid Blue Tooth settings and make sure you enable calls and messages. Mine wasn't which appeared to be the reason it wasn't working right. Enabled that, did a test, plugged it in the usb socket for android. Go on Android, go check out Pandora without android (on the menu), try a CD, go back to FM then Android Auto, play with directions and then go into phone and make a call to see if the issue is corrected or not.
