Subaru Impreza engine intake manifold problems

    So I have a 1995 Subaru Impreza the Gc version the original motor in the car was the ej18 1.8L and the motor eventually gave out. So now I sent my car off too a local shop that specializes in JDM cars and they called a vender for a motor for my car and they found 2.0L that they said would just drop into the car using my stock parts from my 1.8L and work. Well I guess there’s a issue they ran into while preparing the motor to go in they found that the EGR and secondary air injection on my intake manifold have no where to on the new motor. So they called the vender where the motor came from and they checked their inventory and it all matches the motor they gave them. This is very frustrating because before we purchased it they assured us that the motor was identical and would work with of my stock parts and smog equipment. So the pictures I have provided are of the the old motor and new motor and the up close of the tube is the air injection tube on my original motor that connects too the motor right by my exhaust port that tube has no where to connect to on the new motor. Then on the other side of the new motor the EGR tube goes from the intake manifold to the back of the head. I tried to make this simple by putting writing on the pictures I have provided to make sense of what I’m talking about in the text. I’m not working on my car personally I’m just super confused by this and looking for opinions and possibly anyone reading this can help
