Sprucing up my 2005 LL Bean Outback interior

So I've decided I'm going to need to hold onto this car for a few years more. It's only got a 100kish. But the interior is looking really ratty, the rugs in the back are hopelessly stained and faded, the leather seats cracked.

Any suggestions for how to get the interior feeling less than 16 years old without dropping a ton of money?
