[SOLVED] 14' Crosstrek. 4 indicators came on at once: AT Oil Temp, ABS, Vehicle Dynamics, Incline Start Assist

2014 XV Crosstrek. 134k miles

This morning while driving the following 4 indicator lights came on:
- AT Oil Temp (flashing)
- ABS
- Vehicle Dynamics Control
- Incline Start Assist

Turned car off/on. Lights still came on.
Transmission still shifted fine, car drove ok.

Anyone else have this issue?
Any thoughts on what it could be?

One controller with a fault can set off / record multiple faults in multiple controllers. That model is a network controlled system.
Two options: A visit to the dealer and they can retrieve and print the fault list. A visit to a trusted independent service center and they can access the Subaru network and access the recorded faults. An OBD II scan tool will not work.
Best guess is the transmission has a fault, affecting the network. A detailed scan will eliminate the guess work.

We did get it checked out. It's a Valve Body communicator failure. So yes, controller failure, thank fully not the transmission.

Good news: Only $1566 for that controller replacement, verses a new transmission.
Bad News: Part is on back order and won't be here for over a month!
