Roof leak in 2021 Ascent

Hi, all! I'd love your input on this. My wife noticed staining on the ceiling of our 2021 Ascent in the passenger side rear seats last week and we took it into our local Subaru dealership to have them look at it. They determined that it is leaking, but they don't know from where. To do the work related to finding the leak and fixing they quoted me ~$1,400, which seems hefty, but I don't have any frame of reference.

Has anyone here dealt with something similar? The car does have a roof rack. My wife did research and is fully convinced that the seal around the antenna has gone bad, but I'm not so sure.

An antenna seal is likely cheap/easy and might make sense instead of diagnosing for some. Is there a sunroof? Drains clog easily and unclog just as easily.
