Working on this car for someone else. I've never messed with a Subaru before. Just finished doing the head gaskets. First startup, a geyser of coolant shot up from under the intake. Passage pipe o-rings failed. Replaced them. Second start, another geyser. A small amount of oil in the coolant that pooled on top the engine. I attributed it to the older oil on top the engine mixing in. Pulled everything again. Sealed them with permatex and replaced the bolts in case of stretching (when I put the bolts in last time they felt like they were going to snap). Third start, geyser! Now there is a ton of oil in the coolant here. No oil in the radiator. A tiny amount in the oil pan (drops basically). When I drained the oil pan, there was maybe half a quart left after a full fill-up. Where in the bleep could THAT much oil and coolant be mixing? I'm extremely confused and don't know enough about these engines. Leak down gave me nothing.
Thanks
