Need help with Headlights

So I had a 1 low beam and 1 highbeam out.
found out the highbeam is led and low beams had hid conversion kit.
I change all’s 4 bulbs and everything was great till about a month after when all of a sudden both highbeam do not work.
I checked fuses, relays( including Drl relay), and even checked to make sure I was getting 12v to the plug!
The indicator light turns on and off.
BOTH bulbs are still good. You can see that they sorta on just really dim. Sometimes they Flicker real fast right when turned on.
Please help on what is my issue
