I have got some unfortunate damage to the drivers side door to my 2018 subaru impreza that is causing the door to not be able to close properly. I have tried to bent the window section back with little success. It seems the door has been bent downwards and perhaps has caused the hinges to be bent as well although I am not sure. If anyone has experienced anything similar and has any insight of how I might be able to fix it so it seals better and does not have to be forced, or some next steps on what I should do I would really appreciate it. My local body shop quoted me just over 3100$ CAD for the repairs so any insight would be great, I can also provide more photos if wanted.

Find a used door in better condition, transfer the panel and if the electronics are identical, mount the door with some help.
