Need an easy power tie-in, please suggest ??

Hi Folks.
We just got an '06 Outback & need to grab 12V for an accessory at the driver's position.
Low current need & can be supplied via thin wire - but needs to be always powered 24/7.

Will someone please tell me if there is an easy place to just tie in quickly to fulfill such a need ??
