Mystery noise 09 Subaru legacy naturally aspirated

So I have this mystery noise started a while back but it only be 3000 RPMs are higher now it does it any time when I’m on the throttle on the car I can put the car in neutral and rev it it won’t make the noise till the very end 5000 RPMs But as soon as it put the car in gear and start chirping really loud it almost sounds like a bad belt but I know that those are good the tensioners are good and the water pump good I don’t think it’s a vacuum leak because the car is running fine it’s just really down on power And squeaking Reallly loud Has anyone ever heard of a thrust bearing going bad
