my 2005 impreza rss smell gas when cold is it normal ???

Do a search on the newsgroup as there has been an issue with a fuel line
near the intake manifold that has been discussed in the past.

There is a cold-weather fuel smell/leak issue that affects the 02 WRX
only. This would not be the problem on an RS.
It is definitely not normal, take it to your dealer ASAP and have it
checked.
