Knocking/creaking sound in trunk

I noticed when I drive my car around recently that I get a bit of a knocking and creaking sound from my trunk even if I have nothing in there. If someone can help me understand why that would be awesome!

Hi,

I had creaking from my rear left door. Found out it was some mountings between the panel and door that had gone old dissappeared.
