Faint knocking sound.

I know Subaru engines are loud engines, so I understand most of the sounds
I hear are normal. But I've noticed a specific sound that I'm now tuned in on
and can't seem to figure out the cause of the sound.

I've attached an audio file of the sound; it is very faint and surrounded by
other engine sounds, but if someone can hear it, would they have any idea if
it's normal?
