I have a 1996 and 1997 Legacy L Wagon. In both the rubber headlight canister that holds the bulb melts. On the 97 ive had it replaced once and its melted a second time. According to my parts suppier the bulb is the correct bulb. What causes this? Could it be an electrical problem?
