Crank no start

hello my 2014 subaru outback cranks but then stops after two times or so of cranking. then turn the key off and it wont make any noise. has new starter and checked the starter relay by the left knee under the dash.

Check to make sure there is no engine / timing belt / timing chain damage.
Is the ignition key authorized to start the Subaru?
Is the battery in good condition? Are the battery and ground straps clean and tight?
If there is no engine damage, the battery / starter / connections are clean and tight, the network needs to be scanned for recorded faults.
