Center console power outlet

My 2018 Subaru Legacy has a blank plate in the center console where a 12V outlet can be installed. If I remove the plate will the wires for the cigarette lighter be accessible or would I have to pull the entire console?

I see nobody answered but I am wondering what you found out as I have the same question....

I would thing the wiring is there but who knows.....
