Car washing and water restrictions

It is ethanol. I've just had a look at the 20lt drum I have of it. It
must be a name we use here in Australia and not you guys in the US. It
is readily available in supermarkets, hardwares etc for cleaning
purposes. I'm sure it would be the same in the States. Some of the
homeless wino's use it here either straight or with a bit of orange
juice to make it palatable. Do you know what I mean now? Do the wino's
over there use an ethanol for a drink?

Lance.

In certain parts of California, they actually pay the homeless a monthly
stipend of a couple of hundred dollars, so they probably get the real
stuff. Nothing but the best for our winos!

Hi,

Sounds like you guys can get a different "blend" Down Under than we get
in the States. Anything here that could possibly be drunk by the winos
without being close to deadly's gonna be taxed something fierce and we
probably couldn't afford 20l at a time! A friend's wife works in a lab
where they have used "pure" ethyl alcohol without paying the taxes, and
she once said the controls on it were at least as stringent as those on
drugs they use. All for a tax dollar...

Besides, the California wine industry's in a bit of a glut, so our winos
can afford "real" wine on their panhandling and gov't giveaway money
right now, leaving little need for them to be inventive!
