$600 for another

Master key (The one with built in fob), stealer said $390 for the key and $200 to program it...... I told them keep it.

Any alternatives?

Try a locksmith and ask the dealer for the PIN code.
You will need ID and bring proof of registration for that code.
Much of these modern cars need an on-line connection to the servers to access the immobilizer system.
