I have a 2026 Forester, Touring model with navigation. The Navigator feature works ok but my subscription for real-time traffic from MySubaru does not populate the screen. It should be showing, as listed on the MySubaru site:
- Real-time information about traffic jams and road closures,
- Detailed view of the current speed and travel times,
- Global traffic density and congestion coverage,
- Early safety warnings, etc.
My Subaru dealer has replaced the DCM and coordinated with the Subaru HQ technical team but still none of the above listed real-time features are populating the navigator screen.
Has anyone experienced this and/or found a resolution?
