Basically, this is one of the best cars we have owned, however, the automatic liftback fails so often and at the worst time I will think twice before ever buying another Subaru. I have tried every online solution without success. the tail gate section of the user's Manual is no help. Presently, the liftback will open about 6 inches then close. I live in Kitty Hawk. NC. I'd appreciate any help
