2015 Forester

When I press the gas pedal the car lurch’s and hesitates at lower speeds. Just got new spark plugs a month ago and that seemed to take car off the issue.
Now it’s back.
Any insight as to what might be the problem would be welcomed.

There is no way to give an answer unless the complete vehicle is scanned for recorded faults but an "educated guess" can be with a defective throttle position sensor, defective / dirty throttle body / defective / dirty MAF / engine vacuum leak.

Thanks for the response. Called the Subaru dealer and talked it over.
May try a tank of premium gas to see if that helps.
Drive the car yesterday with no hesitation at all.
Go figure.
