My infotainment system is frozen. 2015 hatchback, with eyesight. Every time I start the car, the infotainment goes though it's boot sequence, and the progress bar on the screen freezes at about 90%. The backup camera works, but the overlaid lines on backup screen do not show.
-disconnected battery - nothing
-disconnected battery, shorted positive and ground for >10 min - nothing
-checked obd codes - nothing wrong
-hold power for 10 seconds - nothing
-hold power, tune, and eject for 10 seconds - nothing
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
